I possessed various qualifications from business, personal coaching, sports coaching to scientific research with 32 years of multi-fields working experiences (of which 26 years in senior management positions) ranging from:

1. medical scientific research in pathology and microbiology
2. MNC pharmaceutical corporate mainly focusing on cancer and renal drugs, setting up private cancer medical centers with the responsibilities of overseeing, coordinating and collaborating with various parties cross-functionally both internal and external, and also both locally and internationally
3. personal coaching, mental toughness coaching and counselling including young kids, teens, campus, singles, married couples to married with kids.  Also sport coaching including ultimate frisbee and dodgeball.

With a strong creative and reflective mindset, intrinsic motivation and people-oriented character, I can help others to live a developing life, growing in marriages and families relationships, building successful cohesive teams and capturing businesses opportunities.  I have a passion in bringing knowledge to people around me on how to face challenges in life with a positive attitude through a process of life advancements to achieve a brilliant life.
