I grew up in Australia, where fresh food, home cooking, and vibrant produce were just part of daily life. My mother was my first nutrition teacher — she knew the power of whole foods before it was cool. Her love for nourishing meals and natural wellness planted the seed that grew into my lifelong passion for health.
I now live in the USA and have combined that early influence with years of study and practice to help clients create real, lasting change in their bodies and minds. I believe that true health isn’t about restriction, guilt, or chasing the latest fad.
