Sapna is an Energy Healer and Reiki Master with over 20 years’ experience.
She is also a Medical Intuitive, helping you to see right to the heart of the matter, whilst creating a calm and uplifting space to assist you to move through whatever life is bringing up for you.

Energy healing works extremely well in conjunction with other modalities, including talking therapies and medical treatment, to help create strong positive outcomes.

Sapna is experienced in supporting people through chemotherapy, surgery and post-op rehabilitation; bereavement, grief, loss; through times of uncertainty and change; and through all of life’s major challenges.

A session with Sapna puts you into a state of deep relaxation whilst working deeply within the body to create more ease of movement and clarity of mind.

Sapna is happy to see you for a one-off relaxation and restorative session, or for on-going support.

Sapna is a Masters graduate in Development Studies. She has raised a young man independently and had one of the first ever raw chocolate businesses in the UK. She studied Reiki, EFT, Bio-Energy Healing and Anatomy and Physiology, with teachers in Brighton and London, including the London College of Spirituality.

She has worked in a healing capacity with people in the UK, Italy, Turkey and India; and remotely with people all over the world.

As a member of the CMA Sapna is committed to ongoing learning and development.

Sapna is available in Bath for weekend sessions,
and online during the week.
