The key to me to good health is a massage treatment. It shouldn’t be looked upon as a luxury but a necessity. All my treatments are tailored to the individuals needs and I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their wellness and health goals. I specialise in sports and holistic massage treatments. Anyone can benefit from a sports massage and not just athletes. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) has got to be my favourite treatment. I treat individual with lymphedema, having had post op surgery both medical and cosmetic. MLD is also great for general wellbeing and conditions such as cellulite, acne, asthma to name but a few.

I offer salon based treatments in Queensbury, West Yorkshire and a mobile service throughout West Yorkshire.
