Esoteric comes from a Greek word meaning ‘within.’ It aptly describes the subtle energy system of a human being. Current and past emotions get stored in these energy systems so over time they can become blocked, distorted, or imbalanced and if not cleared will, in time, result in illness.

I offer 1:1 healing sessions in a safe, non-judgemental, relaxed space as my happy clients tell me, see the testimonials on my social media. Think of it as a personalised holistic healing journey, nurturing your mind, body and spirit.

I supply the energy to make the healing possible and your amazing body intuitively knows where these energies need to go. I will apply pressure and stimulate different meridian / acupressure points allowing the release of trapped energies and easing any blocks in your chakra’s.

I will highlight any blockages and discuss with you what areas of your life this may relate to and make suggestions on how we can ease this further. At future sessions we may use other healing tools for example havening, plugging energy drains, mindfulness, happiness audit, meditation, thought field therapy, creating more energy and laughter yoga.

I want to empower others to heal themselves and find the joy in the journey. I am a mum of two in my 50’s and have personal experience of overcoming depression, the menopause and caring for loved ones in mental health crisis, with neurodiversity’s, EUPD and living with chronic pain. I am a member of the Complimentary Medical Association and am fully insured with Balens.
