In addition, ayurvedic psychology is used in questioning, listening, observation and examination of the person which includes, eyes, hair, skin, nails, bowel and urine habits, sleep patterns, past experiences, medical history and pathologies.
Treatment is very individual but may consist of treating the primary aggravation, treatment of other sub-presentations, treatment to maintain a balance digestive system, treatment of internal toxins presenting and addressing the particular ailment.
Ayurvedic diets, herbal medication, lifestyle changes and daily, weekly and seasonal balances are recommended for each individual.
Ayurveda Massage Therapies with medicated oils aim to help to promote balance, calm the nervous system, improve blood and lymph flow, improve sleep and reduce stress. Lymphatic Drainage may help to reduce swelling and promote recovery post-operation.
