💖 I’m a practitioner of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra Meditation (also known as NSDR non-sleep-deep-rest) ~ science-backed, heart-led, gently powerful modalities that help release emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance in the body and mind.
All sessions are guided online, supporting you in the comfort and privacy of your own space.

✨ EFT and TFT are commonly known as tapping. By tapping with the fingertips on specific meridian points on the head, upper body, and hands ~ these techniques send calming signals to the brain, helping to dissolve many types of emotional blocks. Think of it as acupuncture without needles: simple, effective, and empowering.
And so whether you’re navigating anxiety, past traumas, limiting beliefs, or simply longing to feel more grounded and free, tapping can be a doorway to clarity, self-trust, and deep healing ~ typically within one session, with relief often felt within just minutes.
I usually suggest starting with 1 to 3 sessions ~ the choice is always yours. New client sessions are 90 minutes.
Any follow-up sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your requirements. For deeper work ~ such as processing complex trauma ~ 90-minute to 2-hour sessions are recommended as this allows more spaciousness and support. Some sessions may naturally extend beyond the typical timeframe, especially when multiple themes or deeper layers are present. If this arises, we may choose to continue a little longer on the day ~ if it feels right for both of us ~ or schedule additional sessions to move forward at a supportive pace.
Because self-agency is at the heart of our work together, you’ll learn how to use EFT and/or TFT for yourself ~ gently supporting inner freedom as you meet and release whatever arises in your life.

🌙 Yoga Nidra (NSDR – Non-Sleep Deep Rest)
I offer guided Yoga Nidra meditation ~ an ancient practice that invites the body to deeply rest while the mind remains gently aware. Known in modern neuroscience as NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), this practice supports profound relaxation and inner restoration.
During a calm and structured journey through your being ~ typically including breath awareness, Sankalpa connection, body scanning, and visualisation ~ you are guided into a state of peaceful stillness. As your brain transitions through the alpha, theta, and delta wave states, the nervous system softens, and the body begins to restore itself on a deep level.
Yoga Nidra is traditionally practised lying on your back, in a position that feels fully supported, cosy and warm, and very comfortable ~ so your body can completely let go.
This gentle practice has been shown to immediately shift the body’s biochemistry, enhancing levels of melatonin, serotonin, GABA, oxytocin, dopamine, DHEA, and human growth hormone. Many feel benefits after just one session. Yet it’s the consistent, cumulative nature of regular practice that allows true transformation to unfold and be sustained.
