I am a fully qualified and compassionate massage therapist based at East Road Massage Therapy, Cwmbrân, South Wales. With a deep-rooted belief in the body’s natural ability to heal and restore, I offer a calming, client-centred approach that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Drawing on a broad understanding of the body’s musculoskeletal system and the impact of stress, fatigue, and chronic conditions, I tailor each treatment to the individual’s needs. I am especially mindful of the links between body, mind, and environment. I welcome clients of 18+ years of age. Similarly, I welcome people of all backgrounds, creating a warm, respectful space where you are free to rest, release, and restore at your own pace.
