All Sales Are Final

We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

Need to Transfer Your Ticket?

No problem – just email us at [email protected] with the name and contact info of the new attendee, at least 7 days before the event.

Changes or Cancellations

If we ever need to cancel, postpone, or significantly change the event (due to circumstances beyond our control), you’ll get a full refund or can choose to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date – your choice.

Our Liability

We’ll do everything we can to make this an unforgettable event, but we can’t be held responsible for things outside our control, like travel issues or personal belongings lost at the venue.

Photos and Filming

We may take photos or film during the event to share the magic later. If you’d prefer not to be on camera, just let us know when you arrive.

Let’s Keep It Respectful

We’re creating a safe, inclusive space. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate way may be asked to leave – we know that won’t be you!

Legal Stuff

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. If anything needs sorting out legally, it’ll happen in the English courts.
