Yoga+ was born out of the desire to create a holistic space that goes beyond the physical realm of yoga. By redefining the collective understanding of yoga, Yoga+ seeks to explore the infinite possibilities of yoga beyond its asanas. The Yoga+ studio is located at Somerset.
Yoga+ explores the multitude of possibilities brought about by the yoga practice. By cultivating a mindful physical practice through our group classes, the studio provides opportunities for individuals to explore beyond the mat through collaborations and partnerships that educate and inspire.
Besides the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga+ also provides professional training in the areas of Restorative Yoga, Sound Therapy and Reiki.
