I experienced my first sound healing session on the beautiful island of Bali during a Yoga Festival in 2013. I had a vision of myself playing the bowls, but it would only be years later, in the midst of navigating a painful divorce, getting fired from my remote job, getting into a road accident and unable to get back home in the middle of the pandemic that I felt myself being called back to the sounds of the crystal singing bowls.

Even though I was a trained Scientist, I decided to follow my heart and use the crystal bowls in my own healing journey to recover from heartbreak, auto-immunity, burnout and anxiety.

I am now an expert Vocal Sound Healer, Sound Healing Trainer and Business Mentor, have given 100s of sound baths and healing sessions, and helped 1000s of clients all over the world to heal, connect to their purpose, and confidently step into their own path as energy workers. I’ve hosted events, worked on retreats all over the world, and released healing music online.

In 2022, I developed my signature Sound Healing Training Levels 1 + 2 merging the fields of Science, Sound and Spirituality and have trained people all over the world in this transformational tool.

In 2023, I released my debut album ‘Spirit Journey’ followed by the single ‘Sound is Medicine’ the following year. I hold multi-level and multi-instrument sound healing certifications, and am a second-generation Sikh kirtan singer. I have a background in North Indian classical music and have led traditional kirtan for 1000s of people at large scale events in temples and prolific venues such as the Esplanade in Singapore, and India.

Through Sound Zenergy, I’m dedicated to serving the mission of merging Science with Spirituality and sharing the healing power of sound and voice vibrations as tools for growth, healing and self-transformation for people looking to add sound as a healing tool in their own lives or to integrate sound into their professional offerings and hold space for others.
