Why a University?

The word universe comes from the Latin word, universum, meaning ‘whole, or entire. A university can be thought of as a world of its own, and that’s what we wanted to create. A private world away from the ‘real’ world where we can learn, share, and grow together.

The Platonic Academy of Athens was founded in 327 BC by Plato himself, one of the alumni was Aristotle who went on to create his own university, The Lyceum.

LifeHeal University is run by Erica Dale & Sam Hastings, who both believe in lifelong learning and are currently undertaking their own advanced studies in Psychology & Integrated Health, respectively.

Sam & Erica are both qualified therapists & Reiki Masters. Sam (BSC Hons Integrative Health) is an integrative health specialist and focuses on bodywork. Erica is a qualified life coach, soon to be psychologist, and focuses on the mind. Together they have been running LifeHeal for 8 years.
