Holistic Creative Therapy is a mental health profession that uses the creative process of art-making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being for individuals of all ages.

Holistic Creative Therapy is deeply rooted in balancing the Autonomic Nervous System. By harmonising the stress response (Sympathetic Nervous System) with relaxation and repair response (Parasympathetic Nervous System). Creativity bridges mind, body, and spirit, fostering self-awareness, inner peace, and holistic wellbeing.
