Our Story
Our founder, Char Cheng, a certified yoga and singing bowl coach, faced a breast cancer diagnosis in 2020. After undergoing a mastectomy and chemotherapy, Char discovered the immense rehabilitative benefits of yoga and singing bowls. In 2021, Char established Char Yoga and Wellness with a vision to create a health and wellness community where individuals can enhance their body, mind and spirit while enjoying relaxation, as well as to offer rehab yoga and singing bowl practice for pink sisters (cancer warriors) and support them during their post-treatment rehab journey.
