I am a Psychologist working as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals. With years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their unique needs.
As a trained and licensed professional, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without fear of judgment or criticism. I believe in the power of empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, to help clients overcome a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
I also believe in the importance of ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the mental health field. I regularly attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to deepen my knowledge and enhance my skills.

Sessions are available online only. Psychotherapy/Counselling sessions are held weekly, each lasting 50 minutes, and are available on either a short or long-term basis. Typically, after an initial email or telephone conversation, a first session is arranged where we can discuss what it is that brings you to looking for Psychotherapy/Counselling, and from there you can then decide whether you want to continue with therapy.
