As a dedicated Childrens Wellbeing Practitioner, I specialise in supporting children and young people to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I am trained to address common mental health difficulties like anxiety, depression and behavioural challenges. I work closely with families to provide evidence based strategies that promote emotional well-being and growth. With a compassionate child-centered approach my goal is to empower young individuals to thrive and achieve to their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
Amongst my basket of wonderful techniques, I regularly use Neuro Linguistic Programming (Talking Therapy), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and aspects of play and art therapy.
