Hi everybody, I’m delighted to be a member of the CMA. I am a multi-disciplined therapist and author of The Resilience Template: 7 Steps to Improve Your Mental Health. I work with clients to reduce their stress and anxiety levels. People don’t always recognise the symptoms of stress and anxiety but when they do there are massive improvements that they can make.
Three drivers influenced my decision to become a therapist: my personal childhood trauma, chronic back pain from five prolapsed discs and a 4-year bout of chronic insomnia. I managed to turn this around and regain my health.
I was formerly a teacher and I now hold qualifications in the following areas: Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Mindfulness Teaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and I’m a Reiki Master. I use my whole toolbox to help clients be the change they want in their own lives. I truly believe that we all have the capacity to live better.
