Sarah Dickens

Sarah Dickens, Natural Juice Therapist, M.C.M.A.

Natural Juice Therapy (NJT) has been around in some form for many centuries. It has been used for the prevention and treatment of disease by some of the world’s most renowned leaders in nutritional therapy. Twentieth century pioneers of this approach include Dr Norman Walker and Dr Max Gerson. In our time, the benefits of vegetable and fruit juices are becoming more widely known through public figures such as Jason Vale, Joe Cross and Jay Kordich.

Freshly extracted fruit and vegetable juices furnish the body with "live", untreated vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, anti-oxidants and enzymes which allow the body's own healing system to function optimally. Through modifications of diet and lifestyle, including consuming a significant proportion of raw whole plant foods and juices, many improvements in health and wellbeing have been observed.

I received my training from the School of Natural Juice Therapy, a CMA-accredited training provider. I continue to maintain my knowledge and skills through ongoing personal study, CPD and refresher courses at the School of NJT. I am bound by the School's and the CMA's codes of ethics.

I work privately with clients, supporting them in changing their diets and lifestyles to discover their healthiest selves.

For more information, please feel free to contact me for a confidential, no-obligation discussion, and discover how NJT can help you.

What people say

I have had the extreme good fortune to find Sarah Dickens. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in March 2016 after 2 or 3 years of having health issues. It was a frightening diagnosis. The consultant said there was no cure and there was nothing I could do to help improve my condition. I asked about nutrition and could changing my diet make a difference. He said no, as nothing had been proved to work.
I did not believe that this could be the case and started my own research journey. I bought 20 different books over the next few months, read every article I could find on the internet and spent lots of money on supplements. I became more and more confused and frustrated. I stumbled across a documentary film about juicing and its therapeutic quality for people with chronic conditions. I contacted Juice Master to enquire if they knew anyone who had helped people with MS. They told me about a therapist who had MS and had amazing results with her own health. This was Sarah Dickens.
We have been having weekly or fortnightly telephone conversations for about 4 months now. From Sarah I have learned so much and my health has improved dramatically. 4 months ago I really didn't know if I could carry on working which was really stressful as I was the main earner.
Sarah is very good at providing just the right amount of information per session with follow up emails with additional information to support what we have discussed. She is so so caring and empathetic during this time as I was dealing with the grief of losing my son who had died 6 months earlier. I was able to become more focused with nutritional changes and supplementation. She is so knowledgeable that she was able to answer my every question. I will be forever grateful to her.
