Raneesha Manoharan

Inner Education and Resourcing (using Nuanced Mindfulness & Somatics) is at the heart of my work. I work with Working Professionals (1:1) and Dancers and IT Professionals (Group/Team Conversations).

Mind-body connection was introduced to me through dance training - through the practice and through mythologies embedded within the art. I am primarily trained in South Asian Dance and have been in the field for 20 years or so.

Though in the field for some time, it was only when my own mind and body began calling for desperate help that my understanding shifted from intellectual to experiential. This is when I began a practice in deeper Mindfulness and immersed in mind-body studies.

I support individuals through resources and education that encourage mental stability, inner clarity, nervous system balance, and self-assuredness. Individuals gain special focus on building self-worth, as it's a common factor sitting deep beneath the appearance of anxiety and stress.

My work is drawn from:

- Modern Science: Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, Earth Science, Psychology

- Ancient Wisdom: Indian Arts, Mindfulness, Yoga, Eastern Philosophy.

Certified in the following:

- Mindfulness Teaching – The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, Central England College

- Professional Applied Training in Mindfulness for Children – British Mindfulness Institute

- Somatic Embodiment & Regulation

- Neuropsychology

- Body Healing

- Children and Young People’s Mental Health & Wellbeing

- Emotional Intelligence (In Training)

I love working with individuals, communities and teams.

My work aims to highlight both the bigger picture, and the deeper picture.
