Mioara Crenganis

I hold a Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychology, a Health and Social Care Diploma, I am a qualified counsellor registered and accreditated by ACCPH,  I have experience in counselling people with different issues. In order to enhance my practice, I participate in regular continuing professional development (CPD). I support clients to facilitate change, overcome distress and look at old patterns of behaviour. The sessions provided will enable you to think differently about your life and help you to alleviate your issues.

Effective communication skills are an essential aspect of my role as a counsellor. High empathy, active listening skills and the ability to understand client issues are examples of skills I use to help people to navigate their way through their problems and find personal resolve.

So, why I wanted to become counsellor? Because I have a strong desire to help others and to assist people with the challenges of daily living, because I have a natural ability to empthise with people. I love to help people, I feel like connecting with people and helping them through the tough times is making me feel well.
