Talks to groups
Having spent in excess of 25 years teaching people to ride horses, I noticed a trend of recommendations heading my way from people with confidence issues, be it a general nervousness or a specific confidence crisis, this got me thinking in general and allowed me to realise many friends and associates would bounce both personal and business ideas off me before committing to a decision. This led me to learn more about NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and the effect the brain and mind has on our day to day lives not just the BIG decisions we face in life.
The courses I have completed and am still taking (i’m a big believer in you never stop learning) keep my knowledge growing, allowing me to offer the best possible service to my clients.
The services I offer fall under many names - from NLP to Life coaching, mindset and goal setting. These are applicable to both your personal and / or your business life and often one leads to another.
Whether you want a session on life coaching in general or you have a specific point to work on don’t hesitate to send me a message and open the lines of communication - that’s usually the hardest step. If you don’t make contact I definitely can’t help you!
How does it work?
We can have an informal chat online or on the phone, then we can put a plan in place for you and then progress to calls via zoom to work on your chosen area - sometimes we end up working on other things that you hadn’t realised were linked. The number of calls and length of the calls will depend on what we are working on and how much support you need, but we can discuss this as we go along. If it is a horse related session and we do need to work with you on your horse, we will work out if we are better to have all sessions on the horse or a mix of calls and ridden sessions. I encourage my clients to talk to me via messenger, email between calls / sessions to keep you on track and make sure you are not left unsure about how to progress, but also accountability plays a major part in keeping on track, sometimes making ourselves accountable is the hardest thing to which is where I step, also a quick message or email can avoid us becoming overwhelmed and unable to continue.
If you would like to see how I could help you become your best version of you, then send a message - the first step is often the hardest but also the most rewarding.
