What an amazing book, and an amazing lady. This book has totally changed my outlook, having turned 50 this year I was really feeling ‘my age’. Well not anymore, I’ve gone from vegetarian to totally plant based and I couldn’t feel better. I’ve embraced all her advice on making yourself have a positive mindset and just loving life. I’ve recommended this book to my sister and she too has found it has made a difference. She even had one of her friends ask her what she’d been up to? As she looked 10 years younger. Brilliant book can’t recommend it enough.
 
 
This was a very informative read on natural ways to help your body. It was pretty overwhelming at first (how the heck can I do all this?!), but there is a 21 day plan to start. You can choose what you want to incorporate and see what helps you. (Just like everything else- what you can stick with is better for you in the long run!) It was interesting to read about how the author used these to help herself and has "decreased" her body's age by a lot!
