How often should a couple have sex to maintain an intimate relationship?

It is a question often asked but it is irrelevant. One couple may have sex for five minutes every day. Another couple may have one intimate lovemaking session a week that lasts an hour. The frequency of lovemaking should depend on how often

Aphrodisiac Tip of the Day - Touch

We crave touch from the moment we are born and it is one of the most powerful ways that we can connect with a partner.

Massage is the most obvious way of incorporating touch into your relationship. Give each other a back and shoulder rub, using massage oil with an essential oil such as calming lavender added to soothe your senses, or a more sensual oil such as patchouli.

Another way for you and your partner to reconnect is to lie together with your bodies touching, but without having sex. Enjoy the sensation of closeness that evolves from feeling the touch of your partner's skin.

Start to open yourself up to sensations around you, too, and really focus on them individually - for instance focus intently on the sensation of the slightest movement of air on your face and other parts of your body. Next, listen for the most minute sound that you can sense, follow this by really concentrating on finding one particular colour in your surroundings - look for it intently and appreciate all the various shades and nuances of this colour.  And so on . . .  Treat this like a game to be enjoyed rather than a chore or "Exercise".  These "games" will help you to boost your sensuality and ability to really home in on stimuli and this directly benefits your appreciation of erotic sensation.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
