Relaxation Tip of the Day
Make a walk three times a week in nature a priority! Find a local park or river and go for a walk, but rather than going up into your head and worrying about problems (watch how often you do this) allow your attention to turn to nature – observe it, listen to it, feel it and smell it – allow yourself to be come connected to what ever it is you are observing – the sky, the trees, the animals! Notice how natural and effortless nature is, breath it in and notice how much calmer you feel. Nature is a great teacher!
