Scleranthus for people who find it difficult to make up their minds

SCLERANTHUS (Scleranthus annuus) for people who find it difficult to make up their minds

Scleranthus is the remedy for people who find it difficult to make up their minds. Sometimes there are two options, sometimes more, and Scleranthus indecision affects both small and not-so-small decision. 'Should I marry Joe or Peter?' and 'should I buy a red notebook or a blue one?' may both be Scleranthus states. (But for life-changing decisions where we can't easily define the alternatives, consider also Wild Oat.)

Sometimes the chronic uncertainty of the Scleranthus person manifests itself in other ways. There may be mood swings or motion sickness, for example. These symptoms are not infallible signs of a Scleranthus state, but they suggest this may be a remedy to consider.

Taking the remedy helps us know our what we want. We reconnect with our intuition and are able to choose simply and decisively.

Dr Bach's description

Those who suffer much from being unable to decide between two things, first one seeming right then the other. They are usually quiet people, and bear their difficulty alone, as they are not inclined to discuss it with others.

INSTRUCTIONS: Take 30 ml of cider vinegar and add 2 drops of Bach Flower Remedy to the vinegar and shake well. This solution is now the remedy you should use.  To take the remedy do not place the drops onto the tongue as is the usual way of taking remedies, instead, add four drops to a glass of mineral water or fruit juice from the refrigerator and take the Remedy that way.   If these instructions are followed the remedy will be 0.16%.
